Will Elkadi founded eLab, Inc. that manages eLab Hosting Services and eLab Design Services in 2000 after thirteen years of experience in multiple IT roles. As an early pioneer in network and web technologies with a focus on eLearning and Ecommerce, Will was recognized by many North American academic institutions and government entities for his status on Internet based technology.

His portfolio includes high profile projects for Microsoft Middle East, Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance and Aircraft Parts, Inc.

Elkadi’s role of Chief Technology Officer includes advising eLab's management board on all aspects of technology-driven market changes. Elkadi serves on the technology advisory boards and is a member of several professional organizations including IEEE, CSUMB, Apple Web Developers, Petra Communications Group and Monterey Chamber of Commerce.

He is particularly knowledgeable on the alignment of IT technology to serve business needs with emphasis on improving the communication and information flow in business environments. He has worked in all major industry sectors on strategic initiatives to deliver competitive business advantage through Technology.

Will has a graduate degree in the areas of Instructional Science and Technology. He performs several lectures and workshops, sponsors many IT events in the USA and Europe covering topics such as Web 2.0, CMS and the advantages of business automation solutions.
