Will Elkadi founded eLab Communications, parent company of eLab Hosting Services , eLab Designs and eLab Online Backup in 2000 after 13 years of experience in multiple IT roles. As an early pioneer in network and web technologies with a focus on eLearning and Ecommerce, Will was recognized by many North American academic institutions and government entities for his status on Internet based technologies and communications solutions.

His portfolio includes high profile projects for California State University, Department of Defense, NATO, Microsoft Middle East and Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

He is particularly knowledgeable on the alignment of IT technology to serve business needs with emphasis on improving the communication and information flow in business environments. He has worked in all major industry sectors on strategic initiatives to deliver competitive business advantage through Technology. Elkadi’s role of Chief Technology Officer includes advising eLab's management board on all aspects of technology-driven market changes.

Additionally, Will is a board member of California University of Management and Technology (CALMAT), consults with Gerson Lehrman Group, and serves on numerous technology, educational, and consulting advisory boards. Will is also a member of many professional organizations including IEEE, CSUMB Alumni, Apple Web Developers and TESOL.
